Do you use protected material in your business?
Do you want your firm to support the cultural and creative industries?

The use of copyright protected material is necessary for research and development, the preparation of project proposals, and customer management in any business. Our license provides your firm with a solution that will allow it to carry out its business activities while supporting creativity and creators. Our license authorises you, among other things, to make copies of works from our repertoire, and distribute and email them to your employees.
It also allows you to use the “Licensed Copy” stamp, which shows that your firm is committed to upholding author' rights and promoting creativity.

How you can use this license:

Copy

  • Digital reproductions (scanning or another method) and photocopies of part of a work.
  • One printed paper copy of an extract from a work for each employee.
  • Fixation of an extract in digital form for each employee.

Share

  • Technical storage in your server of the computer file where the extract from the work has been fixed.
  • Post the extract from the work on an intranet so employees can access it.
  • On-screen display or representation of the extract
  • Email the extract to your employees.
  • Include the extract in a document made by your company for internal use.

Distribute

  • Distribute the photocopies to your employees.

Note: 10% of books, or an article from a magazine.
