Do you want your centre to be culturally responsible?

Teaching involves using and sharing copies of books and journals. Fragments of copyright-protected works (book chapters and journal articles) are reproduced and distributed throughout the centre, from the reprographics service to the virtual teaching platform and classroom lectures by professors.

By obtaining this copyright licence you have the necessary authorisation to use the works legally. We have also issued a quality seal to accredit you as a culturally responsible centre.

Uses that can be made under this licence:

Copy

  • Digital reproductions(scanning or other system) and photocopies of part of the work.
  • Paper printing of a single copy of a fragment of the work for each student and employee.
  • Securing of the fragment on a digital medium for each student and employee.

Share

  • Technical storage in your file server where the fragment of the work has been established.
  • Provision of the fragment of the work to students and employees via intranet.
  • On-screen representation or display of the fragment.
  • Sending the fragment to students and employees by email.
  • Incorporating the fragment in a document prepared by the centre for internal use.
  • Distribution of photocopies to students and employees.

Note: 10% of books, or an article from a magazine.
